Phone Consulting Program

The Fertility Care program is available for patients outside of Toronto as a phone consultation program. The program is for all purposes identical to the in-office one, with some small variations in logistics.

  1. Consultations are all conducted by phone for the full duration of the visits.

  2. Recent photos, or even better, a short video is required for each patient for visual information regarding fertility.

  3. All of the same laboratory testing is required, and test kits will be mailed along with requisition forms for blood testing. (If you are outside of Canada, you may need to get some blood work done through another health care professional.)

  4. All assessments, treatment plans and paperwork will be couriered and emailed.

  5. Supplements required will either be mailed, or alternate brands will be recommended to purchase locally.

  6. It is recommended that you find a local acupuncturist for the 3 month duration of the program. Please consult with the Fertility Care Clinic for referrals in your area.

If you are interested in the phone consultation program, please contact us for more information. As with the regular program, a ½ hour Pre-Program Consultation is recommended to get started prior to full registration. During this time, full details of the program will be discussed.
